Placement Test

The French and Francophone Intercultural Studies program’s placement test is a language assessment that allows you to enrol in the course or program appropriate to your level.
The assessment may take between 10-30 minutes to complete and will evaluate your comprehension, listening, and grammar skills. Please refrain from consulting a dictionary, online resources or outside sources. You will have 20 minutes to complete each section.
Ensure your sound is turned on as some questions include audio.
Your results will be e-mailed to you within 1 week. You may take the assessment more than once but no more than three times in one calendar year. Your most recent score will be used.
