The Manager, Student Services Centre, is responsible for delivering a seamless and enriching student experience at La Cité universitaire francophone. Estelle oversees student services and coordinates non-academic programming, playing a key part in fostering student well-being, engagement, and academic success. She provides leadership in advisory services, program coordination, and student-centered initiatives.

Working in close collaboration with the Recruitment and Student Experience Coordinator, she ensures that once students are recruited, they receive personalized support and meaningful engagement throughout their academic journey. This student-centred approach directly supports La Cité’s mission of offering a rich, inclusive, and supportive Francophone environment. Together, the two roles reinforce La Cité’s strategic focus on recruitment, retention, and student success.
