Till plays a vital role in creating an inclusive and dynamic environment that promotes student well-being, academic success, and community connection. This role is central to achieving La Cité’s strategic targets, including increase in enrollment, a boost in retention, and a rise in participation in experiential learning. It also strengthens La Cité’s Francophone identity both on campus and in the broader community.

Serving as a bridge between students, academic staff, university services, and Francophone community partners, the Student Success and Outreach Officer ensures that programs and services meet the cultural, academic, and linguistic needs of French-speaking and bilingual learners across Saskatchewan and beyond.
