Director, Operations and Strategy
Alpha, a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal, is passionate about promoting bilingualism and fostering the growth and advancement of communities. He is a member of Chartered Managers Canada and holds a degree in business administration from Queen's University (C.I.M., C.Mgr., MBA).
Alpha is also a key member of the administrative staff at the University of Regina, where he serves as a member of La Cité universitaire's Leadership Team. In this capacity, he collaborates with Deans and Associate Deans to ensure the successful realization of La Cité's future growth plan and strategic responses in a challenging and ever-changing environment.
Alpha, an experienced and versatile professional in the field of higher education, is well-regarded for his expertise in change management, forward-thinking approach, and proactive leadership. His fluency in multiple languages provides a unique global perspective when collaborating with stakeholders, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving innovative initiatives.
